Aspen Air US LLC Acquired by Iwatani Corp

Aspen Air US LLC is proud to announce that we have been acquired by Iwatani Corporation, a global leader in the industrial gas industry headquartered in Osaka, Japan.

This acquisition represents a major milestone for Aspen Air and our customers across Montana and the surrounding region. As part of the Iwatani family, we will continue to operate from our Billings, Montana facility while gaining access to Iwatani's global resources, technology, and expertise in industrial gas production and distribution.

Our team, including Plant Manager Brad Cowan and Logistics Manager Warren Toebe, will remain in place. Our commitment to delivering high-quality liquid Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon, and Helium to our customers does not change — it only grows stronger with the backing of a world-class organization.

Iwatani Corporation of America's Houston office will serve as the North American point of contact for corporate matters, while day-to-day operations remain centered at our 1524 Lockwood Road facility in Billings, MT.
